Jeffery Wayne McDonald, 47, of Crossville, TN passed away on November 23, 2013 at his home. He was born on May 19, 1966 to Carlie and Alberta Kerley McDonald. Family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow with Cliff Gibson and Leon Markham officiating. Burial will be in New Era Cemetery.
Jeffery worked for the highway department. He enjoyed yard work, gardening, cooking, and tinkering; liked country music, NASCAR especially Jeff Gordon. Jeffery loved playing with his children and grandchild.
Jeff is survived by his mother Alberta Garrett; son: Justin McDonald, daughters: Mandy McDonald, Megan McDonald, and Shelby Jean McDonald; grandchild: Cohen; special friend and caregiver: Tilly Wallace; brother: William Threet (Kymala). He was preceded in death by: father Carlie McDonald; grandparents: Cohen and Nina McDonald, and Toy and Maggie Kerley.
My deepest sympathy to all the family. I know what a loss this is to the children, especially Megan and Shelby who attend First Baptist Church. Please remember your Dad has gone to heaven to be with the Lord and that someday you both will be up there with him again. Love you both.
