Christy Lynn Parsons, age 44, was born September 2, 1969 to William and Betty Boree in Jacksonville, FL and passed away in Crossville, TN on June 2, 2014. She was a housewife that loved raising her family. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and her dogs Rufus and Sadie. Her hobbies included watching horror movies, reading, listening to music, and travelling.

She is survived by father- William Boree and stepmother, Betty; mother- Betty Elmore Hendrickson and stepfather, Steven; husband- Fred Parsons Jr.; son- David Gragg; daughters- Traci Gragg, Jennifer Berry (Travis), Tina Niles (Eric), Dena Strader (Sean); grandchildren- Kaylee, Savanna, and Rowan Blackwood, Morgan and Meghan Niles, Sawyer Strader, and one unborn grandchild; brother- Scott Boree (Lindsey Trembley).

She is preceded in death by her grandparents- Sydney and Barbara Elmore and William and Clarice Boree.

The family received friends on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and had a memorial service after with Bro. Rick Davenport officiating.
