Wanda Gail Smith, 74, of Crossville, TN passed away on October 5, 2014 at Cumberland Medical Center. Wanda was born on August 24, 1940 in Crossville, TN to John H. and Vencie Odesty Conley Welch. She is survived by grandson: Urian Derieux of AL.
