Maggie Dell Wilson, 90, of Charlotte, NC formerly of the Crossville area. She passed away on November 9, 2014 at her home. Family will receive friends on Saturday, November 15, 2014 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 12:00 with Pastor Ralph Reagan Officiating. Burial will follow in Graveyard Ridge Cemetery in Spencer, TN.  In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Bread of Life Rescue Mission, P O Box 1414 Crossville, TN 38557. Pallbearers will be David Heffernan, Patrick Heffernan, Darryl Hensley, Daniel Cassel, Scott Benge, and Bob Baldwin.

Maggie was born on February 14, 1924 in Clifty, TN to Burt and Lottie Van Winkle Lewis. Maggie owned and operated her beauty salon for 50 years in the Crossville area. She was an expert at all art needle crafts, and avid gardener. She was loved by all that knew her and she will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held in Clover SC at a later date to be announced.

Maggie is survived by daughters: Deloris Baldwin and husband Robert of Clover, SC; Eileen Cassel of Denver, CO; and Charlotte Benge and husband Scott of Clinton, TN; sons: Norman Davis and wife Ricky of Crossville, TN, and Alfred Wilson of Crossville, TN; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great –great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by parents: Burt and Lottie [Van Winkle] Lewis, four sisters, two brothers, and two husbands.
