Alan Riley Crabtree, 44, of Crossville, TN passed away on March 12, 2015 at Cumberland Medical Center. A Celebration of life service will be held on April 3, 2015 at Cornerstone Baptist Church at 4:30 pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Heart Association.
Alan was born on July 20, 1970 in Jamestown, TN to Isam Riley and Ruth Ann Zeyen Crabtree. He worked as a security guard at UT. Alan enjoyed gaming, reading comic books, and watching movies. He is survived by Grandmother: Anna Zeyen; brother: Shawn Crabtree (Melanie); Aunt Dorothy Palomeque (John). He was preceded in death by mother: Ruth Ann Crabtree; grandfather: Arthur Joseph Zeyen, Sr.; Uncle Arthur Joseph Zeyen, Jr.
