Jesse James Davidson, 91, of Crossville, TN passed away on March 26, 2015 at Cumberland Medical Center. Family will receive friends on Sunday, March 29, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service at 4:00 with burial in Haleys Grove Cemetery.

Jesse was born on September 6, 1923 in Cumberland County, TN.  He served in the United States Navy during WWII. Jesse enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. Before retiring he worked as a press operator for Phillips Industries.

Jesse is survived by son: Gregory James Davidson (Jane); daughter: Stephanie Davidson Lowe; grandchildren: Jody Christopher Dyle, Melissa Lowe, James Lowe, Harley Davidson, and Treasure Davidson; ten great grandchildren; brothers: Ted Davidson, Tom Davidson, Joe Davidson, and Gene Davidson; sisters: Mary Walker, Evelyn Lanquist, Pauline Hamby, and Hazel Dixon. He was preceded in death by father: James Joe Davidson; wife: Virginia Ruth Burnett Davidson; five brothers, and ten sisters
