Brenda Sue (Amonett) Scott, 58 years of age, of Camden, TN, passed away on March 30, 2015 at her home from a brief illness. She was born September 4, 1956 in Cumberland County, TN to the Rev. William and Ruth Kilby Amonett. Brenda enjoyed spending time with horses, working in her flower gardens, loved spending time with grandchildren when possible.

Brenda is survived by her husband of 36 years Edgar Scott; two sons: James Scott of GA, Jonathan Scott of TN; one daughter Jody Scott of GA; Thirteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three brothers William Amonett (Judy) of Ohio, James Amonett (Janet) of GA, and Wayne Amonett (Carolyn) of TN; five sisters: Pansy Daniels (William), Wanda Ledyard (Jeff) all of Ohio; Glenda Sherrill (Randall), Velma (Tiny) Miller, Linda McDaniel (James) all of TN. She was preceded in death by son: Edgar Scott; parents: Rev. William and Ruth Amonett; brother: Jerry Amonett. Grandparents Curtis and Nina Amonett; Ivory and Irene Kilby;

Family will receive friends on Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 with burial in Haleys Grove Cemetery in Crab Orchard, TN.
