Alice Jane Snowgold (Jane) Matriarch, Mama, Grandma and GG passed peacefully having lived life on her own terms.
Both in life and death she was a dynamic force, loving and caring to all who knew her with a quick wit and bright humor right to the finish line. She was a teacher, secretary, nurse, volunteer (Hospice and Jaycees), a community leader and so much more. She was stubborn, determined, sometimes brusque or impatient. She was a party girl and loved to dance. She had an adventurous spirit and traveled the world.
She will be missed in every way by family and friends but we all find comfort that she remained true to form as both in life and death ~ she did it her way!
She is preceded in death by her parents (J Roy & Alice Hayward Briggs), 1st husband (Bruce Maslin I), 2nd husband (Richard Snowgold), son (Kevin Maslin) and sister (Frances Briggs Rodgers). Surviving family includes daughter Carole (Frank) Thierry, son Bruce (Vickie) Maslin, daughter Barbara (Ron) Newman, 16 beautiful grandchildren and 32 precious great grandchildren and a niece and nephew.
