Viola Mable Griggs, age 69, was born December 27, 1945 to Clifford and Eppress Guerrero in Casscity, Michigan and passed away on May 30, 2015 in Crossville, TN. She was a butcher by trade. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, crocheting, and basket weaving.

Viola is survived by her daughters- Sherri Byford (Gary), Susan Sdao (Glen), and Melissa Griggs; grandchildren- Elizabeth, jared, Jimmy, Marisa, Robby, Justin, Angelina, Tommy, and Frankie; brothers- Gerald and Clifford Guerrero; sisters- Vi Peterson, Joanne Gidcumb, and Eppie Peck.

She was preceded in death by her parents- Clifford and Eppress Powell Guerrero; husband- Charles Griggs; and son- James Mead.

There will be a memorial service Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 2:00PM at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home.
