Charles Douglas Miller, 69 of Fairfield Glade, Tennessee passed away on September 14, 2015.

Doug was born November 21, 1945 in Decatur, Illinios to parents Jasper and Kathryn Miller. He served in the U.S. Army and was employed at Miller Industrial Supply Company in Decatur. Doug married Karla Potrafka of Boody, Illinois in 1988. Doug and his wife retired to Tennessee in 2003.

He is survived by his wife Karla of Fairfield Glade, Tennessee, son Jeffrey Douglas Miller and two grandchildren Derek and Brianna of Decatur, Illinois; his sister Carol Miller of Land O’ Lakes, Wisconsin.

A memorial will be held to honor his life on Saturday, October 17, 2015, 11 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, Fairfield Glade, Tennessee. Greeting begins at 10:15.
