Nova Nevie Ledford, age 77, was born on December 2, 1938 in Shelbyanna, Kentucky to Frank and Croteal Sherlock and passed away on October 20, 2016 in Crossville, Tennessee. She was a housewife that enjoyed the duties of cooking and cleaning. She loved to take care of her husband, Elmer. Her favorite hobbies were reading and crocheting. She also loved animals and feeding the geese gave her joy.
Nova is survived by her husband- Elmer Ledford; sons- Quentin Ledford (Helen), and Gideon Ledford; daughter- Rebecca Bull (Donald); brother- Jim Sherlock; nieces- Rachel Jennings; and nephew- Clay Sherlock. She was preceded in death by her parents- Frank Holloway Sherlock and Croteal McBreyer Sherlock.
Family will receive friends Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 2:00 PM.

Elmer, so very sorry to here of Nova’s passing. I remember setting on Mom and Dad’s ( Henry and Charlotte Andree’s) porch in Avonmore PA with Frank and Croteal lessoning to the stories you liked to tell. We well see that time again. Take care and may Jehovah be with you and your family.
