Clifford Eugene Godsey, age 78, was born on April 27, 1938 in Crossville, TN to the late Henry Martin and Mary Alice Norris Godsey and passed away on November 8, 2016 in Haines City, Florida. Clifford was a millright that enjoyed fishing, gardening, and camping. He also loved to spend time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife- Laura Barnett Godsey; daughters- Sharon Ann Stockton (Ketron) and Constance Sue VanZant (Gregory), Donna Fornito (Richard) and Diane Poston (Kim); grandchildren- Daniel, Caleb, Timothy, Seth, Micah, Richard, Anthony, Jennifer, Kelly, Ashley, and Kimberly; and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers- James David, Howard Lee, Roscoe, Monroe, and William Thomas Godsey  and sisters- Ethel Justice,Etta Norris, Jane Ann Norris and Neomia Oakes.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 12, 2016, from 12 to 2 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home with service at 2. Bro. Ray Norris with officiate with burial to follow in Haleys Grove Cemetery.
