Mabel Sullivan, age 91, of Jackson, Ga, formerly of Crossville, was born on September 29, 1925 to Claude and Bertha Mathes. She passed away on September 14, 2017. Mabel loved being outside gardening. She also enjoyed playing bingo.

She is survived by her children- Shirley McCarty (Pete) of Paris, KY and Kenneth Cox (Debra) of Jackson, GA; grandchildren- Wade Bolin, Josh Cox, Brandon Cox, and Damon Cox; great grandchild- April Bolin; great great grandchild- Jesse Johnson; sister- Jewel Baisley; and brother- Claude Mathes (Sandra).

She is preceded in death by her parents- Claude and Bertha Mathes.

Family will receive friends on Monday, September 18, 2017 from 12 to 2 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service for Mabel will also be held on Monday at 2. She will be laid to rest in Linary Cemetery.
