Clarence Albert “Johnny” Ford, 80, of Crab Orchard, TN passed away on March 30, 2013 at Cumberland Medical Center.  Funeral service will be on Wednesday April 3, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Family will receive friends on Tuesday April 2, 2013 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Pallbearers will be Tony Sherrill, Jr., Matthew Shahan, Mark Shahan, and David Shahan. Burial will be in Haley’s Grove Cemetery.

Clarence was born on February 21, 1933 to Luther and Mary J. Ford. Served in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his wife: Lena Bell Johnson Ford of Crab Orchard, TN; son: Steve Shaffer of Georgia; daughter: Sue Shahan of Georgia; step-children: Tommy Vaughn, Rodger Vaughan, and Raymond Vaughn all of Georgia. 8 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren; 22 nieces and nephews; sisters: Irene Wilson and Louise Ford.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Auther Ford, and Willard Ford; sisters: Gertrude Ford, and Mabel Ford.
