John Lenix Bozarth passed through the gates of Heaven on December 8.
He is preceded in death by his son, John Michael Bozarth and is survived by his loving daughter Kathryn Mary Hathcock, grandsons Chris & Tyler Morgan, granddaughter Courtney Hood, great grandchildren Hooper & Harlynd Morgan and his lovely companion, Judy Fistler.
“Big John” epitomized honesty, simplicity and a true heart. He spent many years in home construction and took pride in his skills in multiple trades. His work was always quality. Complaining was not part of his vocabulary. He dealt with each moment as it came in the way he saw best. His rules for life included honesty, respect, straightforward opinions and answers. John enjoyed ribbing close friends and family leading to a good laugh and a warm hug. John was a loyal family member and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
This is heartbreaking. Big John was a one of a kind to me. His mannerisms and character were all to his own. I always looked up to him with his knowledge of finish carpentry. He was a true craftsman. I know wherever he is next he will make it beautiful. You will be missed Big John.
