Hailey Michelle Menzl, 22 , of Monterey passed away Aug. 2, 2011 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Memorial service will be held Saturday Aug. 6, 2011 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Family will receive friends  on Saturday August 6, 2011 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. She graduated in 2007 and was pursuing her LPN license, enjoyed Advanced Choir and loved singing.  She is survived by her parents: Richard and Leisa Menzl of Monterey; grandparents: Ed Menzl of Carlton, Michigan and Dave and Pat Leix of Crossville. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Haywood and Pauline Bence.
