We at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. are here to serve you and your loved ones during this difficult time.

Crossville Memorial Funeral Home was founded in September of 1986 by Robert Grimsley with the support of family and friends in the local community. They had a desire to provide an economical funeral experience for the bereaved and a dream came to fruition. In 2006, a crematory was added creating another option for the public to celebrate their loved ones life. In 2010, the need for a more efficient crematory became evident and in 2011 a new one was built. Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. holds a staff of three funeral directors, two embalmers, and two crematory operators.

  1. Dennis, my family and myself would like to extend our sincere sympathy to you and your family during your time of loss. We’re praying for strength, comfort, and peace. God Bless You!

  2. Rest in Peace Kel.
I don’t know why I thought of you today but I am saddened to learn of your passing. I worked with Kel at Ask Us Sports many years ago when I was a teen and it was a great time. Kel was a great boss and a gentleman and I really liked and admired him. Peace in your travels.

    Sincerely.

  3. A beautiful part of your family tapestry was the thread we called Abby.
Her personality and beautiful smile were always a delightful part of being with your family.
We grieve with you and our hearts pour out prayers for you and all those she touched. May Abba comfort you as only He can, and the beauty of her life on earth be a treasure to hold onto. We love you all!

  4. Oh Michelle and Todd,

Words cannot express how we are feeling. We are truly so sorry for your loss. She was so young, beautiful and talented. I remember her drawing at Living Water. I pray the Father will comfort you with strength and peace. You are all in our prayers. We love you all. Sending each of you a big. tight hug. Maybe one day I can hug you in person. ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

  5. hello just wondering what your cremation cost’s are my mother live up there and is very ill i live in florida just trying to get an idea of what you charge and your process of doing things when the time come’s

  6. During November 2017 you handled the service, burial, and the tombstone for my mother, Martha A. Proios (was living in Uniondale, New York)โ€”burial was at Rinnie Cemetery. Now my step-father has passed away. His sons had his body cremated. So no service or burial is needed. But we would like for the tombstone to be updated to show that the date of death for John J. Proios is May 6, 2022.

Please let me know what I need to do to get this done.

    Thank you!

  7. Could you please mail to me your brochures explaining your services for Cremation including rates and procedure at time of death?

We live in the Gordonsville, Tn. area.

    Address: P.O. Box 141 Hickman, Tn. 38567

  8. You have my son’s remains for cremation so we are trying to figure out how long it will take to get him back to Putnam Reed funeral home and what his urn might look like so we can get flowers for his service.

    • Good morning Marlena, I am so very sorry for your loss. You will need to contact Putnam Reed with any questions you may have. At this point in time, we are waiting on paperwork from Putnam Reed.
