Peggy Ann Kilby, of Crossville, TN, was born in Overton county, TN to Scott and Ada Lee Threet on February 28, 1942. She passed away on March 7, 2013 in Crossville, TN. Peggy spent the majority of her life caring for others as a home healthcare worker. She also enjoyed taking care of all her beloved animals.

Peggy is survived by her son- William Scott Threet; brothers- Houston Threet and Benton Threet; sisters- Thelma Winningham, Dean and Dallas Deal, Naoma Parsons, and Carol Martin.

Peggy is preceded in death by husband- Bill Kilby; father- Scott Threet; mother- Ada Lee Sells Threet; sisters- Melbie Threet, Evelyn Threet, and Monya Threet; brothers- James Threet, Jr. Threet, and Teddy Threet; and special friend- Donald Keith.

The Family will receive friends Sunday March 10, 2013 from 1-3 p.m. at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with a service to follow with Rev. Shane Williams officiating. Burial will be in Green Acres Memory Gardens, Crossville, TN.
