Charles Eugene (Buddy) Sheehan was born on October 1, 1946 in Shelby, NC and died on April 5, 2014 in Crossville, TN. Charles was a Veteran of the Army Special Forces and owner of Crossville Raceway since 2008.
He left behind a wife: Sandy Sheehan of Maryville, TN; three sons: Blake Sheehan of Fayetteville, NC, Matthew Sheehan of Greeneville, TN, and Marty Sheehan of Maryville, TN; two daughters: Tiffany Davis of Crossville, TN, and Fonda Jones of Orange, FL; two brothers: Toby Sheehan of Lugoff SC and Rodney Sheehan of Columbia, SC; two sisters Vickie Greer of Marietta, GA, and Drusilla Spires of Elgin SC; step mother: Rita Sheehan from Florida and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother Frances Sheehan of NC, father Gene Sheehan of Florida, and a son: Joey Sheehan of FL.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Crossville Raceway during Intermission of our racing events.
To the love of my life, my soul mate and the man of my dreams. It’s been 2 weeks and it just as hard as the day you left me. God brought us together because we were a prefect fit and now I am here trying to make you proud of me. You may be in a better place but you will always be in my heart. One day we will be whole again and we will be with each other as one.
