Luis Alfonso Santiago, also known as Chito, was born on September 17, 1943 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He passed away at the age of 72 on February 20, 2016 in Sparta, TN. Luis loved cooking and painting. He also loved working with model cars.
He is survived by caretaker- Debra Maynard; sons- Jessie Pinson and Shannon Pinson; grandchildren- Justin, Kobe, Brandon, Jordan, and Candace.
He was preceded in death by his mother- Genoveva Fabre Santiago; adoptive father- Carlos A. Santago; and father- Sigfredo Muniz.
A memorial service for Luis will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home.
