Homer Cordell Abston, 70, of Pleasant Hill passed away August 15, 2012 at  Cumberland House. Born on August 9, 1942 to Willie Green and Mattie Davis Abston in Crossville, TN. He worked as a farmer and will be laid to rest in Smith Chapel Cemetery in Pleasant Hill.

He is survived by his brother James Davis and wife Ann, sister Pearl Presley and husband David. Step daughter Jerri Cobb and step granddaughter Tara Cobb. Five nephews Michael Davis, Jimmy Davis, Johnny Presley, Ricky Presley, and David Ray Presley.

Preceded in death by his parents and wife Linda.
