Charles Anthony Thissen, 86, of Crossville, TN passed away on October 4, 2013 at Cumberland Medical Center.

He was born on June 10, 1927 in Patterson, NJ. Charles served in the United States Navy, before retiring he worked as a mailman. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 11:00 am at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church. He will be laid to rest in the church columbarium.
