Charles Edward Garrett, Sr. was born on January 3, 1936 to the late Isham and Madie Braly Garrett in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee and passed away on October 3, 2015 in Crossville, Tennessee.

Mr. Garrett is survived by his wife Robin; sons- Charles Garrett, Jr. (Debbie) and Mack Garrett (Judy); daughters- Roseann McCann (Shawn) and Elizabeth Wright (Josh); 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and sister Margaret Richards.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Isham and Madie, and son Dennis Garrett.

A memorial service for Mr. Garrett will be held on Saturday, October 17th at 11:00 AM at Lantana Road Baptist Church in Crossville, Tennessee with Brother Scott Johnson officiating.
