Horace Franklin “Frankie” Wiggins, 54 passed away Monday Oct. 31, 2011 at Cumberland Medical Center. A Funeral Service will be held Friday November 4, 2011 at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Darrell Stevens officiating. Family will receive friends on Friday Nov.4 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
He was born Dec. 11, 1956 to Arthur and Naomi Kendrick Wiggins in Crossville, TN. He worked as a mechanic. He was loved and respected by everyone; enjoyed working on cars and love Tony Stewart.
He is survived by: Mother: Naomi Boles (Johnny); Wife: Santos England Wiggins; Sons: Samuel Steele, Jesse Steele, Shannon Steel (Noel), Kurt Steel (Heather), Jarrod Steel; Daughters: Lillian Naomi Riggs(Jessie), Betty Jo Wiggins (Johnny), Jennifer Burkes (Johnny), Belinda Schmidt (Eric), Lucy Stone (Robert) and Jessica Steel; Brothers: Arthur Wiggins, Jr., Danny Wiggins, Joe Wiggins; Sisters: Pauline Goddard; Earlene Scheely; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father: Arthur Wiggins, daughter: Selina Rubio and granddaughter: Taylor Hale
