Randall Scott “Randy” Bailey, age 58, was born on January 26, 1958 in Sioux City, IA to Joseph and Phyllis Bailey. He passed away on September 1, 2016. Randy was an animal lover and enjoyed going on long walks. He also loved weed-eating. In his spare time he liked to work puzzles and play games.

He is survived by his mother- Phyllis Bailey; wife- Miriam Bailey; children- Denise and Stephanie Bailey; siblings- Rick Bailey (Nadia); Sherry Wolf (John); and Terrill Johnson (Bill.)

He is preceded in death by his father- Joseph Raymond Bailey.

Family will receive friends on Monday 5, 2016 from 1:00 to 2:00 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home on Monday beginning at 2:00 with Pastor David Sitler officiating. He will be laid to rest in Heritage Academy Cemetery in Monterey, Tn.
