Kathleen Elizabeth Zuk, age 68, was born February 5, 1944 in Passaic, NJ to Thomas Clark and Margret Leary. She passed away on December 27, 2012 in Crossville, TN. She earned an associates degree and was an accountant. Kathleen was an active member of the 127 Senior Citizens and enjoyed travelling and playing Dominoes. She was also a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church.

She was loved by her family and is survived by four sons- Greg Smith and Marilyn, Matthew Smith and Lori, Steve Smith and Kristen, and Doug; grandchildren- Jessee, Erin, Kaylee, Katie, and Bryson; an incredible niece that she loved like a daughter; and a host of other close relatives and cherished friends.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Bill Zuk.

Her funeral service will be Monday, December 31, 2012 at 2:00 pm with the family receiving friends from 12 to 2. All services will take place at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home with Father Anthony presiding.
