Emmett Eugene Kirk, age 49, was born to Robert and Sadie Barnwell Kirk on December 16, 1963 in Peoria, IL. He passed away March 15, 2013 in Crossville, TN. He worked as a chef at Cumberland Mountain State Park and enjoyed bowling, hunting, and other outdoor activities.

Emmett is survived by his fiance- Heather Michelle Woods; mother- Sadie Marie Barnwell Moore; sons- Emmett Paul Kirk and Benjamin Robert Kirk; brothers- James Franklin Kirk, Robert Kirk, and Harold Lyle Kaebel; sister- Alma Karen Richeson.

He was preceded in death by his father- Robert William Kirk.

There will be a memorial service on Monday, March 18, 2013 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home at 10:00 AM with Bro Jerry Mayo officiating.
