Rilley VanDorn, age 79, was born on October 28, 1933 to Emory and Sarah VanDorn in Selah, WA. He passed away on March 14, 2013 in Crossville, TN. He was an LPN in the Air Force, an EMT in the mid to late 70’s and a nurse at the local jail in the 80’s. He was also a nurse that worked all over the eastern Tennessee region. He enjoyed gardening, raising dogs, bees, and chickens.

He is survived by his wife- Mary Davenport Van Dorn; sons- Clint Van Dorn and Tommy Houston; and daughter- Brenda and Chris Meadows.

He is preceded in death by his parents- Emory and Sarah Rogers Van Dorn.

The family received friends on Sunday, March 17, 2013 from 12 to 2 with the funeral service following at 2 with Bro. Chip Meadows officiating.
